Mt. McKinley 0234
|
Living in the Sierra, it’s no surprise I
love mountains. The grandest mountain I know of though doesn’t
reside in the sierra, but in Alaska. Mt McKinley. My very first
visit to Mt McKinley, it was there in all its glory with a magnificent
sunset lighting up all the clouds around it. Did I stop to take
the photo, nope?! I said something stupid like, “it’s
always there, I’ll get it next time.” Of course,
the mountain is always there, but you can’t always see
it since it’s covered by clouds. Since then, all my photos
of Mt McKinley must include clouds which is must as much of Mt
McKinley as the rock. Photo captured by D2X, 70-200VR on Lexar
digital film and worked in the digital darkroom.
