The Canadian Rockies have a secret that is only revealed to those who get out and walk. Johnston Canyon in Banff Nat’l Park is a gorgeous three mile stretch of water that occupied my camera for two days.

Photographically the challenge was to settle down and work the water and not get carried away trying to photograph it all. I came away with more outstanding “milky” water photos than I can ever hope to process in my lifetime! Photo captured by D1H, 24-120VR, NEF, on Lexar digital film.
